Following the seizure, your documents are automatically classified in your online RF-Cloud storage and therefore immediately available in PDF, CSV.

If you supervise employees , you can access a simplified way to their notes of costs and expenses , share your comments annotating and have an aggregated view for better monitoring in real time.

Finally, in order to improve efficiency you can set automatic export of the data and documents directly to your accountant production solution.
